Wholesale Shipping Policy

Order processing Wholesale orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Wholesale partners receive free shipping on orders over $250.

Delivery Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing. We currently ship wholesale orders within the United States only.

Tracking A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or lost shipments Inspect every order on arrival. If your shipment arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but the order has not arrived, email wholesale@usenoble.com within 7 days and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. Claims made after 7 days may not be eligible.

Title and risk of loss Title and risk of loss pass to the partner once the carrier takes possession of the order.

Address accuracy Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we will do our best to help.
